Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Midwest Militia

Midwest Militia Refund Policy Due to the limited roster spots and advance costs associated with tournaments, ice time, jerseys, and administrative expenses, all registrations are considered a commitment to the Midwest Militia program.     •    Full refund will be issued if a team or division is canceled by Midwest Militia.     •    Refund requests made within 48 hours of registration may be eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.     •    No refunds will be issued after jerseys have been ordered or within 15 days of the tournament date, unless a replacement player is found.     •    Travel expenses (hotel, transportation, meals, etc.) are the responsibility of each family and are not included in the registration fee. Midwest Militia reserves the right to review special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
